Multi-Week Classes

Our seasonally-run classes and workshops include a wide variety of culinary techniques and styles, including everything from kids’ cooking to highly specialized three-hour workshops on gluten-free baking. Some classes run four to six weeks long, whereas workshops are offered as a one-time, three-hour session.

Learn basic cooking techniques and helpful kitchen fundamentals along with recipes that create delicious meals using only a handful of common ingredients. This class will teach you what you need to know about cooking basics!

Chef 202 (Unleash Your Inner Chef)

Find out how to get creative with the foundation of skills you learned in Chef 101 by taking this advanced level, extensive cooking course. Learn more about mother sauces and techniques from braising to steaming, advance your knife skills and build your confidence in the kitchen.

This course includes creative meals using a wide variety of staple foods, bread and baking basics, as well as kitchen safety and maintenance standards.

Community Kitchens

Mediterranean Cooking
