Hands-On Classes

Our hands-on cooking classes include lessons on basic kitchen essentials, kitchen safety, knife skills, take-home recipes and often, leftovers! We’ve had students from 3 years of age to 93 in our kitchen, and hosted students with a range of experience, from beginners to aspiring chefs. We offer a variety of specialty classes including seasonal, cultural and ethnic foods, as well as healthy cooking and value-added, dollar-stretching workshops.

Running seasonally through the fall, winter, spring and summer, our courses include multi-week evening classes and one-time workshops focussing on specific areas of interest. We also run private cooking courses for small groups and families upon request.
