About Catered Art
Originally just an idea in a young chef’s mind, Catered Art operated as a very small boutique catering company for more than ten years before growing into the company it is today. Incorporated since 2009 and now boasting a full roster of professional staff, servers, apprentices and students, Catered Art is proud to operate amongst the best catering companies in Vancouver and be a leader in our community for cooking with heart.
Using our state-of-the-art commercial kitchen, talented staff and Executive Chef’s 25+ years of experience in the industry, Catered Art has grown into the thriving business it is today. We invite you to come and join us: at the market, at an event, in the kitchen, and at the table. Let’s cook, eat, and enjoy our food, together.

Starting small, with just a few clients in Vancouver’s Kerrisdale area, Chef Mark became known as a talented chef who could pull off any type of special event or party. In 2007, Chef Mark set his sights on growing his company, gathering a team of professionals into what Catered Art is today: a thriving, successful catering company in the competitive market of Vancouver, B.C.
Trained at George Brown College Chef School in Toronto, Ontario, Mark became interested in cooking as a teenager. After working for many years at the flagship Four Seasons Hotel in Toronto, he worked at various restaurants and golf courses in B.C. before he created Catered Art.
